I’m mid 30’s with two kids 9 and 4. We tend to have roast dinner every week. Then scratch make bolognese, pasta bakes. Shepherds pies etc. Saturday night is normally the eat what you like kind of day. Kids obviously want chicken nuggets . My youngest would happily eat broccoli for breakfast dinner and tea 7 days a week

Yes mate this is the brand new £65m Billet caster at British Steel. Along with an Italian company (Danielli) me and a few other British steel staff have built and commissioned it over the past year. It seen steel for the first time recently. Theres still a lot of good things happening in our steel industry despite what you hear on the news.

That was top end of the caster, this is bottom end rolling out the stock ready to get rolled at the mill.

Yeah wasn’t a bad day all in, found a few good looking spots, got stabbed to death by a tree while retrieving my shovel trying to get this twat out of it.

Took the dog out to have a look around a local fishing pond and some shoot land I’ve just got some permission on. New land to me and unsure where and what’s about but apparently there’s plenty of all sorts for me to do before they want to start putting birds down again. So of I went, dog and shovel in hand.

Talking of Rat perms, don’t suppose you got a terrier? I’ve got some to do in messingham and could do with a hand
