well i own a deerhound x and carnt falt her at all. she will take any thing from rats to deer. soft as claggy toffee around the kid`s and ferrets, but in the field a killin machine, they are so laid back easy to walk and imo has good feet for any ground they run on. and i have seen a few bullxes work and they are not for me always gettin bitten but never pull off. but i wouldent have 1 coz i wouldent trust them around my kids but thats my opion. p.s if any 1 is after a pup with deerhound in it, i have 1 dog left out ov my litter atb.......................lb

been around lurchers all my life my dad and grandad had lurchers. i got my first when i was 9 years old and never looked back im 30 now and still got them and will do till my diein day my daughter is just startin out now at 8 years old gave her 1 ov me pups and she is over the moon atb.....................paul -
