  2. My eldest daughter is in Rainbows so I took her to the Remeberance service this morning, the service was a fitting tribute to those lost..............

  6. Nice and flat around Wrangle. The wolds are stunning, lots of wildlife and countryside with lots of picturesque villages and market towns.

  11. I guess you'll have the same issues in Lincolnshire as anywhere else, permission. Lots of syndicates but I'm sure if you try you'll get some land, wherabouts are you looking at?

  13. I share permission, we do vermin control on a shoot during the summer but aren't allowed on in winter, its he most unorganised set-up I've ever seen. I also share some other land, I don't like sharing at all but sometimes needs must............

  19. The Douglas book is such a brilliant read, full of great hunting stories from around the world. Priors book is excellent too, one I forgot to add is Eileens Sopers book Muntjac, you told me about that JD, very informative and well written.

  21. 1st book by Darcy was better. The 2nd just kept repeating itself! Deer, deer and more deer! (From Bedfordshire) I like deer, they are cute
  22. Yes Jim Corbett's books are great, got them as a kid. I have five books including the second omnibus. Fantastic stories, wildlife and people
