Million % . Too many use their charges , ruin them . Then pass them on . Good dog man sorts his dogs first thing in morning. Grafts all day then attends to them before having his own dinner. As I say , respect for doing the right thing
Her dam was my old bitch romeo x lilly . Lillys dam was out wee bob x saluki x beddy whuppet. Her sire was blaze ( Wayne from longtowns dog) he was floyd x a real good bitch from Cumbria. Cheers
Get them on the short grass and you could get a few decent spins . But in general they're easy . Seen quite a few coursing dogs come up back in day and struggle badly. Couldn't adapt to the heather and haggs . Glad they're protected now . Keepers wipe them out in thousands
When the hard frost comes i go ferreting . Not for the pot , but to replenish areas . Been doing it for 15 year . Myxi once and rhvd 4/5 times . But the virus blows through quickly now and doesn't seem to wipe 95% out the way it did . It's jmo that the varied blood strains I'm introducing is creating an old mongrel rabbit more capable of fighting back . But as bosun says , they don't seem to branch out . Imo , that's due to the insane amount of predators now . No lapwing nor curlews will attain to that . Be nice if folk would drop a few instead of always necking every one they catch
Pleasantly surprised. Found about 30 dead above ground on them couple of days. But it's bounced back well . Nearly back to the same number as it was . Plenty of bunnies
