    Hello people! Right im out on the hunt for a new scope. I am looking to get one second hand from someone on here. I have £110 to spend and would like a scope in very good condition. I am intending it to go on my .17hmr rifle. I need the following requirements : - variable mag, preferably the higher mag range 6-20 etc... - large diameter objective 44mm min. - 30mm 0r 25mm body tube -side adjustable px -mil dot or similar reticle - ir reticle if possible. I am open to all offers but want a scope in good condition. Cheers

    Hello again! Iv sorted the accuracy problem. I have floated the barrel by sanding down the barrel grove in the stock so that the barrel only touches the stock about 1'' forward from the action. Im going to get the action beddid soon, to prevent long term zero shift. As for the silencer adaptor, the groups are back down to 1'' so im happy. Cheers

    Hello people! I am in need of some advice. My cz hmr has reacently lost accuracy. It has gone from shooting 1'' groups at 100yrds to about 2''. I have been told that this might be because of barrel movement from wood swelling. Is this common? Also i am was wondering does having the barrel paded between the end of the stock with tape or card improve accuracy. Also can anyone give me some tips on cutting the barrel down. As i cant fit it in the gun cabinet with the silencer fitted. I wouldnt need to have it screw cut as i use the parker hale silencer adaptor to fit my silencer to the pl

    Iv herd good reveiws about the Remy 700 in .17 remington. Fast, flat trajectory with good ballistic qualitys out to 300yrds. And the ammo is cheaper aswel. Either that or any of the smaller .20 cal rounds. I find .17hmr good for rabbits out to 200 yrds and its also very effective on foxes out to 100yrds if you can insure a head shot. Hope this info helps. There are many wiser and more expereinced hunters on this forum so, listen to there wisdom first. Cheers

    Great peace of kit mate. It makes the gun so much easy'er to shoot. Why pay £500 - £700 for an anshutz or a ruger when you can have a CZ with a Brookes Trigger kit for £300 which will out shoot and out perform the others. Cheers

    Hello all! I had my Brookes trigger kit from Rimfiremagic, through the post today and i must say it has to be the best peace of kit iv ever brought. It came with simple and easy to follow instructions. I have the red sleeve and the #3 spring in my HMR rifle now and i found that my groups have shrunk by half an inch now. There is no creep whatsoever and the weight of pull is perfect. Not bad for £12.50. Im wondering what are other peoples setting for this kit????? Cheers
