  1. When I think of poison. I usually conjure up thoughts of a creature, be it man or animal. In the throes of agony dying of a toxic substance that they have ingested either accidentally or on purpose.   3. A coon is harder on a dog in earth than he is up top..up top the terrier has plenty room to maneuver in the ground the terrier is limited to the size of the sett. Not to mention a coons hide rolls.. and if you feel a ground hog is more formidable than a coon, you've only fooled with little coon..LOL
  4. I agree half brother and sister from the same sire,and different dams are the way to go..been very successful breeding father to daughter as well.. I just don't like inbreeding on the bottom side for some reason they tend to show defects faster and are some retarded feckers..

Yes sir, I had a real genuine terrierman that was kind enough to put me onto exactly what I was looking for.. we are very thankful to that individual and look forward to breaking some ground in the near future. I will definitely keep the board updated with the our pup`s progress.. we named the the handsome little devil "Brute"..

  12. Richlee, let me explain this, I'm not on the www all the time. Just because I didn't reply instantly to your messages means nothing. I said above, I live in the country and I work, no time to live on this forum. I check it at least once,a day and I'm trying to learn to navigate on this site. Patience is a virtue my friend.   13. I don't mind having a few terrier..I live in the country, no neighbors, with access to thousands of acres of land to hunt.
  14. Inbreeding brings out the best and the worse of the genetics.. and I agree with the gentleman above.. it depends on how closely related or how inbred the lineage is.. if it's already wound tight, I wouldn't do it..
