    A coursing bred pup is penned up til 7 month then gets drop rabbit or 2 then if lucky day on whites then slipped in before 10 months old,they don’t jump as don’t need to on big land and that’s why recall is shit because only time get off lead is to run something.This is how majority of coursing types are brought up started.Am not saying there better than collie x or beddy x or whippet s at ferreting etc or bull and Wheaton on teeth but the right 1s won’t ever show you up if educated and entered right.Heard for past week about slop big slips matches meeting moon on can’t lamp etc etc, the nets

    Two lads a know over your way go out every weekend with thermal walk land from dawn til dusk and struggle for runs they were out 9 hrs Sunday gone got 2 runs each and that’s good day to them.

    My sister had leaky valve on heart had first operation under 2yrs old split her open and had new valve fitted then again when she was 30 as started leaking again.Had greyhound s with heart murmur s 1/4 teaspoon of bicarbonate soda daily helped them.Seen few dogs run too hard too young with whistle when running also dogs that had kennel cough at some point and been ran too soon after it must scar there lungs.

    A would say yes but then that all depends when cold snaps come and what age they are expect few to perish but some will survive.
