I'm not gonna sit and argue about it, waste of my time. You guys go watch your dogs screw all day everyday and ill just watch mine do it 3 times and get my results and call it a day. I know when to tie my dogs so I don't need to guess.

Her being pregnant could of happened of the first tie. All I'm saying is of somebody knows how to breed the do every other day for 3 strong ties. And the more you tie them in a day or every day it weakens the sperm count. Even a weak sperm count could work, but you want a good strong sperm count and a good strong tie. Not a 5 min tie.

Let me ask, do you think that it took that many times or do you think that was a waste of time? I say it was a waste of time and useless to both dog's. By the end that dog's sperm count was not excitent and he was worn the f**k out. Anyone could just let a dog screw all day but it's a waste of time and could hurt the dog. The more the dog screws in a day the weaker the sperm count

That's not what I meant and I apologize for it coming out that way. And dogs and horse are a big difference. And yes the sperm count goes down the more they f**k. That's commen sense. That's why it's recommended to bred every other day not everyday. If you blew your wad 2 3 times in a day it won't be as much as the first one. Meaning the sperm count went down. If I was travelling a distance to a stud dog with a bitch then every second day is for my convenience not the bitches. first off I wasn't saying anything about you. And this is what you asked. But now that you mentioned it, that is a beginner question to ask. Not trying to be a dick but it really is. If one gotta ask this question then there not ready to breed. And if the dog is aggressive and ready to breed and you don't know what to do, then your not ready to breed. Those are the easiest steps, and if one doesn't know how to deal with those steps Lord and behold the next step. Folks should do alot of research before breeding there dog's. More to it then just throwing 2 dog's in a kennel and letting them do mate. And if 1 gotta ask the question about the first step, then forget about the next step. Go talk to a vet, watch someone you know that is having a litter. Just Do some research.

If she is flagging and she won't stand but fights you may have to ai her. If I had a problem bitch I'd have a progesterone test done(not sure if I spelt that right) that way at least you will know what day she is the most fertile and you can makes some plans. And just because the tail goes sideways doesn't mean she is flagging. When there flagging it will bend WAY SIDEWAYS! Alot of dogs when you scratch them on top of the tail will bend a little.

Your right pabs, Probably is a waste of time but he asked and seeing nobody wanted to answer it I thought I would give it a try.even if he wants a pet he should at least pay attention to a few things when looking at some pup's. And I truly believe he is younger then he say's, and if not he still asked for advice and no question is stupid when your just starting out. Better of asking then not.
