Anyone use a bore snake for cleaning their rifle..do you also use it in conjunction with cleaning rods as well or don't you bother..found a little review on them, if anyones interested, http://hunting.about.com/od/guns/gr/pr_boresnake.htm ...already have one for my .17, they really are a piece of cake to use and very quick.
What ammo are the lads that use .17hmr using, the local shop only supplies CCI hollow points, on the look out for some v max myself... ps what sort of prices are you lads paying, its £9.60 or something here for 50.

Royston I'm not looking for arguements, theres too many negative comments from people just jumping into posts, we are trying to keep things straight for everyone, but it seems were banging our heads of the wall...
Bollocks
If you want to share images, and only IF you REALLY do, you would find ways to do it sensibly...I'm sure you won't have any probs royston with your pc skills
Please take note of these rules if your going to share your experiences on the forum.
DO NOT openly post threads about poaching, as these will be removed...
DO NOT post threads containing FOX or DEER in the process of being dispatched, and if images are included make sure they are half respectable i.e the quarry is dead and has been done so using a suitable calibre firearm or shotgun.
As always we should ensure the quarry we hunt is dispatched as quickly and humanely as possible.
Posts will be moderated as required.
Just pressing delete on a digital camera doesn't remove the images, they are still there you just use a recovery program......which I can guarantee would be used.
