As long as it gets eaten and doesn't go to waste, I don't have a problem.. A few people like young roe to eat... Personally I don't like shooting them, but if someone wanted one to eat, I would.. What makes me laugh is the amount of people slaughtering fox cubs this time of year, a LOT aren't doing any harm were they are, unless theres livestock or a shoot, they are no benefit to anyone.. If you can use it and eat it, do as you choose, if you can't eat it and its doing no harm to you or its surroundings, let it live in its own natural environment..

Ahh cheers winkhound, I'm not clued up on the silencers, I defintely need one or I was speaking to a fella tonight and he reckoned like you said I could do a DIY job on the backbox, small car backbox on there... Or he mentioned I could take the box off and put a lot of wire wool in there to help muffle it more... I already emailed the benz site in the usa and they just replied... Looked at the kolpin ones as well, but seen a bad review...

I'm after an exhaust silencer, noticed a few on quads available over here last few years, they were a vertical add on type, had a look on the web and theres not much available apart from a few american sites offering them, these style are the horizontal type, doesn't matter either way... Anyone know of any available over here ??

I looked at a stealth cam, over here Deben were offering them at £480 or something RRP for the model I was looking at, I got the same model delivered from states for £145 new, the shop even marked the cost down and labelled as a gift... Excellent bargain

I just chill and leave the place, just back in house half an hour ago, stayed in caravan on farm with some mates, picked a quad up yesterday, left it there this morning, quick bath, few jobs and cup of tea and back out down there, plenty to keep me occupied, lot of barley and rape coming down, so pigeon and deer to get at... I just come on here when I'm bored or at work Best not to take things too seriously, everyones got there own ways, but some are never wrong... or should I say always right..their the ones to watch.

JD the full world, every country and man ,must make an effort for it to work, our government is trying, some ideas are unrealistical, take for example, were I work they have power tubines that run on natural gas, they have a set amount of exhaust emissions, they want it to run on one turbine instead of two, to cut on emissions, but this leaves the plant open to any hiccups with no backup so its shuts down, its also fully loads one turbine up?? What am I getting at, the rest of the world, take for example africa, is burning more gas millions upon millions of standard cubic feet density because

I've been on places were farmers say leave them were you've shot them, I've also been on places were the farmers go mad if your not making money from selling them on.. 90% of the catch I get I either sell or pass on to friends or family for eating mostly or for ferrets and hawks, but there is times when no one wants them, the freezers full yet they still need controlling, so some do get made into compost for want of a better word... For anyone snaring/trapping this time of year, they do get fly blown very easily, I'm travelling 40 mile some places every day over a week, if I check them crack o

I've killed a lot of rabbits and thrown a lot away, this time of year rabbits caught in snares/traps are quickly fly blown... So it depends if its for the pot or for pure vermin control ? If they can be used I'll use them or sell them.. If not, some other creature will benefit from the bounty, fly,crow,fox whatever
