You won't get as mad as a Welsh farmer in the hills. By f****d if you can even understand them. They don't see anyone,I'm sure they're language is crow or magpie because they don't speak to humans. Yes yes...aiai....that's about the best you can get out of them

F*** Goat you want to try talk to them when you're English! I've tried a couple of times and been totally ignored as if I wasn't there. They're an odd bunch.

You'd be ok in mid and West wales, aslong as you don't have brown skin.

inbetween mid and west Wales towards the coast is where they are proper nuts

 

there was two brothers farming in west wales both dead now

 

one of them used to take us to the holes where he had seen the activity

 

he never used the gates of the feilds he was like a wild animal taking us through runs he had made in the covers and hedges over the years

we still do the place now under new owners

 

but the days arnt the same without the craic with the old lads

There's one I heard of used to drive fields killing any animals that affected his stock, not by gun....but by running them over in an old car he had on the yard? trust me some of the things iv came across with Welsh farmers is unreal. Proper old characters though, I couldn't imagine them in a pub they'd be f***ing wild

I worked on Anglesey yrs ago building the a55

the farmer whos yard we had our caravans parked on was a great guy allways laughing.

But feck i couldn't understand him at all.

He would talk for a good minute and I would only understand a few words.

Some of the sottish stalkers are very broad but time and the English tip has taught them to speak slow ,lol.

Balmoral was my favourite ,I won a trip years ago in shooting times .Shot my beast and was piped off the hill with pony ,garran ,carrying the stag .The piper could of been Mongolian for all I knew ,never got a word but the long pause,expectant gaze when we got to the larder was universal lol.tip time .The pony lad told me later I'd shot my stag on the fell the piper had his first .

I stayed in a caravan one time at Glen Leven (spelling)and woke early to see the stalker walking across the car park bollock naked in November after washing in the burn ,saw the curtains twitch and put his hand up lol.Tough fuckers up there .
