Farmers used to give us 2p per water vole to protect the river banks from erosion, how times have changed :)

well pointer couldn't make it last night as he was a chasing coneys about so i thought i'd go solo.

well as it happend it was a very lively night.i managed to get around 25 in one and three quarter hours shooting and to be honest i could of kept going and no doubt improve my tally by many.

but i decided to call it an early night and get myself off home and to bed, leaving some sport for the next time.
