  1. how do people just after some advice im fishing the trent wednesday around newark way not sure were yet and ive only been once when i was young we a very basic set up a ledger we a chunk of luncheon meat on lol now im no pro and mainly float fish so im wondering what hook size and line also bait do i go for the boilie or the dynamite meat i have the groundbait i need also pellets and hemp i dont have a barbell rod but ile take my 11 ft abu carp rod 2.5 tc we a shimano bait runner any advice would be great cheers

  7. patience is the key i no how ya feel wound the life out of me as i bought a dog what was exact same my method was walking it of lead at night and every time he got ten yards id call him back worst thing to do is lose ya temper or crack it or they will stay well clear of ya another method when runnin in smaller land i lined the dog with a huge line and if he didnt come back id let him no but it worked in the end maybe people will have better opinions but worth a shot im guessing you not had it since a pup i no the feeling stood in a field hopen the feker dosent scare the next fields quarry lol
  8. darcy i only have the saluki grey and your spot on he does find them and follows but for some reason he barks when stop moving problem is he is white and scares alot off when hes ten yards in front lol
  9. i no loads of lads have been having problems up and down country with this sort of thing my mates was given a injection and some rehydration powder glad its on the mend mate

  11. im not sure if its the same but my dog has been the same and when out he has had a few craps then keeps trying every minute or so and a bit of a yelp its not bones etc as he dosent eat them also my mates dog was same but couldnt eat nothing without throwing up vet gave it injection and some sort of rehydration powder theres some sort of gastric bug going all over the uk
  12. im not sure elliot i do fing anything over 20 yards and the cross hair is very very light i thought they was just cheap scopes as im a newbee but i googled them and there not cheap im gonna try and get on we them if not maybe go for the x30 what i ideally would like is a nv but moneys a bit tight at the moment i may go for the home made one what i saw on youtube lol
  13. i understand what your saying daryl but my shooting is fine mate i wouldnt contenplate just going out and hitting them in the back end etc lol i was noking a 2p over from good range the reason i wanted to change scopes actually called simmons whitetail classic x 20 is i find it good to close mid range but not to brilliant for far range for me im going in the wood tommorow gonna build a good hide after finding a good spot does the snow make any diffrence
