bisley shooting range

hi every one

went down to bisley for a invite from deker of here, to shoot some LR ammo just to let you know how it went

 

 

this was a 200 yds range

 

 

and some more

 

 

charlie was up first

charlie just seems to amaze me lately he hit 4 v bulls @ 200yds which i thought was bloody good , for a first time shooting live rounds

 

 

i was up next

 

 

and this is what a v bull looks like from 200yds its about the size of the average mug, this one was mine and my only one. but had some good groupings

then it was are turn in the target change dug out

these were the rifles we were using, now let me get this right a 308,243,223,22lr,17hmr. i think thats right

 

 

it was a good day out ,and would like to thank deker and friends for the time i spent in there company. i also met mr logic of here and it was good to put a face to the name, a nice lad thanks tom.

F.A.C application was is in the post last week fingers crossed, i like to try all avenues of shooting as i am not getting any youger

I am applying my FAC very soon application form arrived this morning, Bisley is the place where I will be using for LR shooting. I am also member of my local rifle & pistol club. I look forward to my FAC.

............600 yards next month ...bit of a stretch for the rimfires but all the centrefires can still do the business on the range at this distance.....
