ferret bolting to fox?

Had bolted a couple over the years,also dug down to ferret and found a dead ferret with a very live fox!

Yea only happened once in my liftime the poor fella hit the longnet and we had to put him out of his misery....

I know a few lads who have dug down to a ferret and theres been a fox in the chamber and i know people who have had them crashing out of a rabbit warren but i have never had the pleasure myself

it happend to me and digger63 about five years ago on a local golf course the dogs were marking a drain i put a net on the other end about 50 yards and a net on the opening the dogs wer marking a put a dog ferret in i had at the time a ferret that had never bit or tried to i walked to the other end [bANNED TEXT] my mate said the ferrets here he went to pick him up and was nipped he dropped the ferret witch then went back down the drain all of a sudden their was woosh and the net had pursed up on wat i thought was a ginger cat but turned out to be a small vixen but after that the ferret could not be trusted [bANNED TEXT] breaking through to him [bANNED TEXT] he had killed in or got one arsed up care had to be taken [bANNED TEXT] reaching in the hole for the rabbit [bANNED TEXT] he was still their it was obvious the fox must have ad a go at him.atb
