harrycatcat 31
The side strip on a work top has broken off and looks a mess. I have some square ended side strip that matches in colour but it does not have the "shape" on the rounded end if you know what I mean. My question is would it be better to offer up the strip and mark it with pencil and try and cut the shape then stick it on or stick it on and then try and "form" the rounded end shape with sandpaper or something. What would you do? (Please dont turn this into the good and bad about Polish folk if you know what i mean) Missus bending my ear about it.
Guest buster321c
Put evo stick on both the strip and the worktop , put it on , leave it to dry , ( obviously wit as little as possible overhaging ) and when its dry , file it down .

Waz 4,293
I always put a coat on the worktop 1st then let it cure off, so as to seal it,. I always cut down to size a bit before gluing up (stanley knife and straight edge, less to take off later). If you get bored waiting for it to go off, stick some glue in a bag and breath it up, time will soon fly. (dont try at home kids!)
