teastas mor trials

Recommended Posts

i read recently in a book by mr.homan about these irish terrier trials and found it hard to believe that the official irish kennel club of yesteryear ran these badger trials and no terrier could become a kc champion unless it first qualified game!!how times have changed. the colourful past of breeds such as kerry blues, irish terriers, bull terrier mixes, wheatons etc.etc. is very interesting to me and it goes to show the makeup of the general public of those past times as well as the breeds in question was alot different to today. what the book didn't show was a copy of the teastas mor certificate which was a shame.does anyone have a picture or alink to an actual certificate? before anyone gets weird these were legal at the time and run by a kennel club.
