bmetson 0 Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 I agree with Rabbithunter; this plan is the same as speed cameras just a way to squeeze a bit more money out of the public who are already over taxed with road tax and the tax on petrol/diesel... It also makes you wonder how it will be enforced, near me in Essex they are even using helicopters as 'traffic enforcement' which is just a desperate attempt to make money and a massive waste of police resources...
