whippet08 8 Posted January 31, 2009 Report Share Posted January 31, 2009 hi all, lovely weather down here,so decided too go too a new permission of mine, arrived with the missus, my bitch 2 jills and me trusty hob,laid say 20 nets after what i took for a mark from my dog,and decided too put one of my jills down,she never worked before and turned out she is probably still too young,so out with my hob,collared him up and down he went,about 1 min first rabbit,dog was strait on it,then just as i dealt with him dog went flying over too a hole,all i could see was the peg in the ground and the net down the hole,my other half tryed pulling it out,but my dog was strait in as far as she could ,and got hold of it. turned out i had missed a hole directly opposite it,and the rabbit had shot out and back netted itself,well there we go im well pleased,gutted one of them and skined,poped that in the frezzer for a stew in a couple days,and the other my ferrets had thanks for reading, Richard heres some pics :hob got a bit dirty,he loves it!
