Excellent, I have the same fencelines here, I never really know where to place the snare. Do you position it as the rabbit would go under the bottom wire?

 

The only prob with my fences is that the wire is about 6 inches apart, I dunno if the bunny will hop in the middle, or crawl under the fence....

you will be able to see if its going under the fence just leave enough room for its feet to go under the snare

hi Trevor had a look at your pics Dave Palmer was asking about you the other day he has been snaring a few rabbits and also an old fox that was stealing his snared rabbits i showed him how to spring snare rats couple of month back and he was doing quite well,and really enjoyed it.
