Can anybody help me please ?

 

I have had a Sako 85 hunter .223 on order for months now just to be told by my RFD that a further delay till at least the end of Jan 2009 is happening without a definite delivery to GMK even then. Does anyone know of any dealer having this model in stock ? I have phoned several without success. I live in kent but am willing to travel anywhere to sort this.

there seems to be a serious backlog with sako at the minute, a friend of mine has sold his ruger .204 on confirmation that the sako s/s .204 will be here on the middle on jan.

Here's hoping i told him, hes not stuck for a gun though as hes got quite a few......

your best bet is to ring around a few good dealers to see if they have one in stock, good luck

its because sako are making a new action so are putting all there time into that.

...you are being very generous..it is GMK..it is SAKO/Tikka...expect nothing but delays, lies and bullshit!!

 

2 years back I was quoted 3 weeks delivery on my .223 Tikka by GMK, after nearly 5 months of bullshit and lies I told them TODAY or f**k off and I'll buy a Remington!!!

 

3 days later I had my gun...it is sad to say but where GMK is concerned believe NOTHING you hear and only half what you see!!
