As far as I know they are priced as a seperate item, Then sold as a package. I'm sure a dealer will be able to help you out. I'm sorry I can't remember how much the items were each. Barrels are between £150 and £180 so the stock and action will or should be the price of a gun less that. Or look for a cheap second hand one if you can find one.

a year can you explain deker.

I think you would be better to ask GMK to explain....

Apparently Sako cannot deal with demand and most everything goes straight to America, we are poor relations, the T3 Hunter with chrome barrel has been in production nearly a year now, and I was quoted about a year delivery for that 2 or 3 months ago.....Talk to GMK and ask time scales!!!

I was also quoted 3-6 months for delivery of a new synthetic quad HMR about 5 months ago at the Game Fair on GMK stand by the SAKO rep, GMK had NONE at that time, anything normal is a problem for them, anything slightly out of the ordinary takes a lifetime!!

Two years ago it took GMK nearly 5 months to get me a .223 T3 Lite Synthetic!

In simple terms if you can't find what you want at a dealer you are f****d if it is anything to do with GMK!!!

One of the problems of having successful popular products :whistling::hmm::thumbs:

PS...If I have left any of you confused Sako own Tikka, and Tikka use Sako barrels, parts, engineering, design and production......AND as a side issue, Beretta owns BOTH of them!!

Sorry and apologies if this offends anyone, it isn't intended to do so, BUT,

I knew if I bought a Sako Quad sooner or later I too would have been in this position, :whistling:

To be honest although the principle is sound, if you can afford 2 guns then buy 2 guns and avoid all the hassle of swapping?

The answer may well be to own 2 Sako Quads

i couldnt really afford 2 guns at the time and i likely cant now either but.... i didnt see it being any sence buying sako quads at the same time and i thought this would work out fine. but its looking like i maybe be purchasing another in the future jsut for the use of some silent rabbit control.

No harm sending GMK an email to ask, you never know it may be an encouraging response, they usually respond in a couple of days or so!!
