rabbit with the skin on is the best option for a ferret. If its not interested in it just leave it in there, a couple of days in this weather should be fine, dont feed the ferret anything else, when it gets hungry enough it will eat the rabbit. Dont give in, its a ferret and it will not starve itself ;)

It is worth just checking them over first though, makes sure they are ok health wise and not off their food because of any other reason.

you find that ferts fed on a dry diet throughout summer, can sometimes be reluctant to eat rabbit, Id suggest quartering a skined rabbit, saves waste, then chop one quarter into chunks and feed that, as already stated, they wont starve themselves,
