today's frosty walk

same as up here rain but yesterday ferreting was good bolted well lovely pics of land scape but ground to hard for dogs to course so netted and got a few bolters and itruduced pup to fereting and netted rabbits , even had a female come over and say i have alurcher , i says nice enjoy [bANNED TEXT] walk to engrossed with the rabbits took two of this years young ferrets out both worked after second warren and both got a kill so very pleased as i was running short of young stock ,, if we get a bit dry weather get out on the hares again and if we get rain for a day will be at the water fall like a bear as its a late running river for sea trout there either went up early and been missed or a re there now , so thats about it good sunday tho

Great pics! :clapper: I love the third one down! It certainly does look well frosty there, its raining/ sleet here now and all the frost has gone:(

 

thanks Julia, they wait for me to climb the bank as it takes me ages these day, especially in the cold, then when we get to the top they're off :thumbs:

We've had 3 days of heavy frosts, in fact the frost didnt lift at all yesterday, had an icerink out the back when I cleaned the kennels out. Lovely to be out in it though :D

Al theres some very scenic pics there, some lovely scenery, the frost really makes the countryside look pretty. Do all those big dogs get on ok when they are out? :icon_eek:

 

 

yes, it's been hard work with the Shar Pei that is out with the other two but well worth it to see the rate he goes at it. The Rottie tends to hang back when it's just him and the Lurcher, let's her do the running :thumbs:
