mackem 29,662 Posted November 23, 2008 Report Share Posted November 23, 2008 Its not known as Land of smiles for nothing,but seriously ali,your into fishing,rent some gear from one of the lakes and wet a line,hook into a decent sized pla buk and listen to that line sing as its stripped from the reel,try for a siamese carp,or even an alligator gar(I never caught one )I was even hooking turtles on some lakes Quote Link to post Share on other sites

I normally drop in en-route to Hong Kong,so probably next april or may Ali,theres a guy got an english bar in Pattaya,he was booking shark-fishing trips when I was there,never did any sea fishing whatsoever,freshwater was good enough for me,Try bungsam,theres a guy called joe taylor caught a 450+lb'er from there,took him either 6 1/2 or 7 1/2 hours to get in Quote Link to post Share on other sites
