old dog 210 Posted November 16, 2008 Report Share Posted November 16, 2008 hounds went well,hunted from 10.15am non stop until 12.30,we were hunting a cover of about 30acres of gorse,bramble,reed.Foxes were running around in cricles just did'nt want to leave the cover,but hounds were pushing them hard they had to go,7 were put out of there,the boy's shooting 3,hounds putting another one to ground.and 3 getting away,put terrier in stood back it was'nt long before he bolted,hounds just missing him as he made the cover,a real good hunt on him my 3 first year hounds running up front in the pack "well happy" the music was good they ran him for about 2 miles back to where we started in the morning,hounds had one check on him but that aloud charlie enough time to make his escape,hounds were glad to get back in the van tonight,took a few pics for you Quote Link to post
