With the request of the land owner a fox can be killed using a terrier in Ireland and it's not illegal in England or Wales either.

The laws not just there to be against us ,know your rights lads.

Can only do it in england to preserve game bird (wild or otherwise) for the sake of shooting the birds for sport...... yet cant get rid of a lamb killer (according to the law)

 

Got to make sure the fox bolts aswell and cant reaaaallllyyy dig down unless your dogs trapped or something
