Hi Smashygadge,....

I once visited a breeder of Norfolk/Smithfield type lurchers,....his dogs were truly beautiful...

He gave me the full story of his dogs ancient linage,..their breeding dating back hundreds of years,..right back to the days of the Cattle Drovers....I kept my lip well buttoned,..I knew,.and he knew,.that I KNEW,.that he was a total bullshitter,.and my hunch was soon confirmed when I saw,...hidden away ,.the fabulous stud dog,...

Good old Dougal, the Dulux Dog....great coat them Old English Sheepdogs have....

All the best,.CHALKWARREN... :drink:

not somthing i was planning mate ,and thats a very good piont regards them being bred more to a show breeding ,just somthing i was shocked to see .suppose it would be a very old lurcher man of days gone by that could really comment on that breeding.but certainly your acd x will surely have a lot going for it in the right hands
