jimmy0211 2 Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 how to catch a live pheasant? climb into a tree, and wait until it gets dark and they've all fell asleep and pick them up (cover their beak because they might bite) i read somewhere (i think the countrymans weekly) about using a light and some sort of whistle and being able to pick birds out of trees? pheasants might be a bit too high? gizmo 1 Posted October 24, 2008 Report Share Posted October 24, 2008 make a cone shape with a strong bit of paper put corn in the bottom of it and some glue round the top so when the bird puts its head in to get the corn it sticks to it covering its eyes ther for cant see and just sits thier and wount move not legal never tryed Quote Link to post Share on other sites
