Coney 3 Posted August 31, 2008 Report Share Posted August 31, 2008 Just got back from a week in Scotland today and let me tell you it was perfect, the weather was great, the place was spot on and the scenery was unbelieveable. It was just nice to get away from it all for a week, no phones, no work and no hassle, just quiet and solitude away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We decided to head for a small fishing town just across the Scottish boarder called Eyemouth because a good friend of mine has a place up there we could stay at for the week. Here are a few pics of some of the places we visited while we were up there....... Views from where we stayed One of the towns fishing fleet putting out to sea Bamburgh Castle Holy Island Across the Causeway into Northumberland Sadly it's back to the grind tomorrow but fresh air and plenty of it is the best tonic I can think of, Regards Coney.
