maty j 6
Look easy enough to make. I'm a shit shot with a blowgun though so can't see how I could hit a frog without plenty of practise. Do the yanks eat the frogs then?? Any sign of that new rod of yours yet?? Quote Link to post
mackem 29,549
I read and re-read your post Maty,rod?ROD?Ahhhhh(light-bulb moment)Rooddd Its a back-up Maty,he is whipping the thingies on and fitting the reel-whatchamacallit as and when,no rush for that, its an ongoing project, just a spare,I am not expecting it to be as high-tech as my current rod Yeah,good-ole boys and rednecks eat kermit Its nice actually, certainly edible Quote Link to post
mackem 29,549
Hot gigging-action We used to buy frogs in the market, the stall-owner would put them in a soft-mesh bag, smash them with the flat of a cleaver to stun them, and skin their spasming legs quickly, they really do taste nice Quote Link to post
maty j 6
Temporary mental block hey I wouldn't expect It to be as high tech either but If It works and Is cheaper then IMO It's a winner. I've never tried frog, I thought It was just the French that ate them, obviosly I was wrong. Doesn't really apeal to me much frog, not much meat on them... i'll stick to steak Quote Link to post
