tuning a webley raider?

this is one gun i've never tuned and my mate has asked me to do his.

i'm having a go at the mo but wondered if anyone had any tips?

oh i didnt know.....he dont want it over power, its only shooting just over 7 he wants it closer to 12

The reason for it, is that a person could use the info to put their gun over the limit, even though that isn't your intention.

Well if its putting out 7 surely it was higher when he first bought it? Try stripping and cleaning it?
