prohunter 0
just wondering what lamps you use and what you think of them. Quote Link to post
Guest hpool_hunter
the blue eye is ok for a basic starter lamp , the lightforce striker is the best all rounder ive found , must admit the connections are shite and may have to be replaced/bodged back together , but the CLUE LITE is also a handy little lamp , no good for big fields , bit small feilds with amber filter , spot on for me , with no problems so far with connections . IanB 0
I use the lightforce range of lamps primarily, each model has its advantages and disadvantages, but as some members have mentioned the striker is the best allrounder from the three available. I also use the cluson models which are handy and ideal with the utility light although not the same performance you get from lightforce in terms on beam. Quote Link to post

Terrier man 38
I have used quiet a few now and the lightforce range is the best its shit wiring is a let down but if you rewire it with better wire your laughing...... the striker is an ideal rabbit lamp doesnt put much strain(dazzle) on the fox but works the rabbits fine.. the blitz is the kidie for the foxes works best but if you want an all round lamp get the blitz with the dimmer so you can lamp both but if all your at is foxes go with the blitz sure does dazzle them... whippet08 8
i have been lookin and what does it mean when you says variable because it is more exensive on the light force models i use a nitestalker 220 good lamp, p.s variable means (adjustment control for brightness) i,e dimmer or brighter. Guest fight the ban
I have used quiet a few now and the lightforce range is the best its shit wiring is a let down but if you rewire it with better wire your laughing...... the striker is an ideal rabbit lamp doesnt put much strain(dazzle) on the fox but works the rabbits fine.. the blitz is the kidie for the foxes works best but if you want an all round lamp get the blitz with the dimmer so you can lamp both but if all your at is foxes go with the blitz sure does dazzle them... theres a way to get round the bad wireing, simply take the red cap of the bottom of the lamp and tie a granny knot inbetween the cap and the lamp then clip the cap into place. the knot inside the lamp stops all the connectins being pulled at while the lamp is being used.
