anyone out there got any smithy blood ? years ago it was everywhere ! but now theres seems to be none of it about. just the crappy sparticus stuff :thumbdown::thumbdown: .

I had a good dog out of PH Flint , I think Flint was sired by Spartacus. Have you had Spartacus bred stuff Alfred? blackntan, how did he work, and what type was he.

HE was black very rough coated type i got him off ken gould around 1974 75 he was a big strong type smiffy x the one eyed bitch, i remember ken saying at the time, the name smiffy meant nothing to me at the time , he was my first terrier and i did not know at the time what i had , soon found out no reverse gear and mute at work exept on cats witch he had a hatered for , i never bred off him thou i tried later found out he had a trapped testical , i only ever worked him on rat and fox the latter he took to with a passion he lived to the ripe old age of 14 any one else own a smiffy bred dog

my grandad use to own a smithy blood dog around 75 he use to use it on fox he said it was a crakin dog always use to stay happyhunting silenthunter....

Flint was not sired by Spartacus, Flints sire was not Gould bred.

think hes talking about a smooth black spartacus bred dog called flint that was down london way somewhere

this is my gould dog which i dug for 5 seasons good grafter he came from wales has smithy blood in him well back tho .8 year old now he s finished up gave him to my mate as he wanted to breed some pups from him.post-3771-12108947261.jpg
