ferretville 69
Allright folks after a few hectic weeks and a break in the weather finally managed to get out for a mooch. Decided on a bit permission that i had`nt been to for a while for my bunny trip. On arriving at the farm i stopped to see the farmer exchanged banter and headed off to my chosen area. Settled down in a decent spot to see what was happening and not alot was going on. Chose to sit tight for abit and about 20 minutes passed and our first rabbit made an appearance . Let him come right out from the hedge line and gave him time to start his lunch lol. A second one appeared literally a couple of minutes later. The two of them were oblivious to my being there guess they were about 30 yards away . Lined the cross hairs up on the first one and a gentle squeeze of the trigger and bobs your uncle . Second bunny headed straight for the hedge but for some reason stopped just short and stayed still long enough for me to squeeze another round off. Pretty good start i thought but time for a bit mooch exercise the legs get the blood pumping. Moved to a different area of the farm and did`nt have to wait long to see some rabbits sitting in a corner of the field. Slowly made my way towards them and decided that this was as close as i was going to get to them about 30 to 40 yards. Took aim at the first rabbit now this is the bit i like the most those few seconds where you put those cross hairs on your target then squeeze the trigger the anticapation of it, crack down it go`s. Now these rabbits seen the first rabbit roll over and twitch but surprisingly stayed there just a few of them sat upright. Wasting no time i had the cross hairs on another rabbit and over it went . Managed to crack one more before the others bolted oh well lets not get creedy now . Finished with five rabbits and and enjoyed being back out in the field better not leave it as long next time lol happy shooting people atb FV Quote Link to post
