jazz_11 5
hiya i was given a jill from a mate who rescued a pair of them. she was im guessing had been in season for ages, so i mated her with the hob for 1 and a half days, which should be enough... i now put her in with my jill and they seemed to be getting on well at first and now this morning i heard them fighting but it looks like my jill is trying to get her in to her sleeping area, so she might bhe treating her as one of her young after she had the phantom... also my jill is being spayed on wednesday will she have to be split up from then for a month or so.. stubby 175
I'd keep her seperate for a while, after the operation, let her stiches heal and everything, you dont want to be rushing back to the vets with split stiches Quote Link to post

stubby 175
I would'ent recomend giving to much egg and milk, one egg a week is plenty for a fert, Quote Link to post
droid 11
Possibly a daft question, but why did you mate the new jill if you didn't want that many ferrets? Quote Link to post
jazz_11 5
because she was so far in season and selling kits is one thing but splitting up a group of 4 which have lived together for years i dont think is good..... i will prob get the four and keep the kits (ifshe doesnt have to many lol )and hopefully they will live nicely in a big court Edited June 17, 2008 by jazz_11 Quote Link to post
