hello all my jill is due in about 3 weeks and

in dont know whether it is ok to change her bedding in case it disturbs her

she hasnt made a nest shape yet but i dont know whether i should change it or not.

help appreciated

is she in a cage or court jack?

if a cage, then change the bedding now and again in a couple of weeks if you can, as when the kitts come, youll have to leave the bedding area alone for a good few weeks, just cleaning the $hit corner,

if in a court, provide more than one nest box, and as she use's one, keep the other two with fresh woodchip, she'll then move kitts if she wants new bedding

If you have a couple of weeks before she's due totally clean out the hutch as it shouldn't disturb her now and good cleanliness might help the kitts ,then as said before you wont be able to touch it for a couple of week then once the kitts are bigger you will need to clean it out weekly or more untill the kitts learn to crap outside there bedding area
