Guest guevara
Should i sell it and then wait untill i have some more money and get a better gun? Quote Link to post
zap 4
to be honest you must have been happy paying that amount in the first place so you not been ripped of just a cheaper one else where Quote Link to post
Guest guevara
Do you think i will get £400 back if i resold it private or to a gun dealer.Would i get more for it if i put it in part exchange? Quote Link to post

shepp 2,285
You don't know the condition of the other gun unless it's in your hands. Quote Link to post

The Sporting Agent 0
If you like the gun and it shoots well for you, keep it. As an exRFD/firearms dealer I would say the price you paid was a tad high, but not unduly so. Like I say, if it works for you, keep it. If you sold it privatly you will only ever get what a buyer is willing to pay, prob in the region of £300 or maybe a tad more, up to £350. Px at a gun shop, probably half that. Remember at a shop, they have to make a profit on both guns within the px deal as well as be able to sell on your gun at a later date. Quote Link to post

James@Scarborough 0
I have a Browning Silver. I didn't pay as much as that for it, but I love it and would have payed £400 if that had been the price tag. I will not sell it or swap it anytime in the forseable future. Just use it and enjoy it, if you get rid of it you may not get a second chance at one of these........... Quote Link to post
njc110381 0
Don't worry about what you've seen another one sell for. Every gun I've ever bought I've spotted for less afterwards, that's just life! If you were happy to pay that amount for the gun in the first place it can't be that bad. Just shoot with the thing and enjoy it! Quote Link to post
harrycatcat 31
What is wrong with the gun dont you like it ? The only thing wrong that I can see is that you MAY have paid a little over the odds but in this life "you win some and you lose some" anyway you should have done more home work on the price of the gun before you bought it. No use crying now in my opinion. Tough. Bite the bullet. Quote Link to post
