Kay 3,709
I made some bread just & baked it, the flower bag said on the side to cook for 35 mins using the recipe on the bag, but i got it out the oven & it feels hollow but how cani be sure its not still doughy in the centre please Should the bottom be sort of crispy or springy if you know what i mean

Guest Ditch_Shitter
Well, that was a f*cking hour ago. What have ye done with it since? Bottom feels at all plyent, chances are there's still dough in there. But, if ye try to cut it too fresh from the oven it'll still be soft inside and stick to the knife somewhat, even when it's (going to be) perfect. So, come on; Result? Well it came out of the bread tin clean when i first had a check , i popped it back in the oven & gave it another 10 mins & its cooked to perfection, i was just worried it would be a big doughy in the middle, the ovens not particularly fierce so i think it just needed the extra few mins So as its turned out ok & i have just sampled it & its quite nice i will do one when we need it now
