had a bit of luck last couple weekends last week at a friends permission walked for miles up bloody hills found nothing went back to landy over to other side of valley and find 2 foxes first one nice dog fox which we dug with my mates black bitch at around 1.3 on b+f second one was a back breaking 60 cm lol which we had with my black bitch i showed my pup both and she looks to be enjoying her new found sport ,Today we were on another mates permission and again 2 foxes accountaed for first one was around 1.2 on the box and we had that with a mates black dog then we got a mark at a little 2 hole place so i thought time for the pup to find its fox so in she goes like a bullet and starts up straight away i,m thinking right lets have a seat and let her settle got box out and another one at 60 cm perfect for pups first proper go she was baying away lovely and i got shovel and started to dig and out my pup comes ??????? looks about and back in baying lovely so i start again and out she comes looks around and back in i broke a hole through and she was sitting in close to her fox not willing to back off i gave her a min then we shot fox and let her pull it out and have a bit rag do you think she just needs to get used with hearing digging above her ????? what would you lads /lasses advice be leave her untill next season now or give her another go before end that saying we find another fox in next 2 weeks lol
