stubby 175
depends who wants to eat them? as stated liver, kidneys can be eaten by us, I always keep liver/kidneys/heart and lungs within the rabbit, frozen, then when defrosted they get feed to the ferrets and dog along with sections of rabbit Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
It's all edible, my Game dealer wants them paunched but then sells them with everything else still in. Up to you if you eat them, give them to the cat or dump them! Quote Link to post
Coney 3
I have eaten the kidneys and liver but thats about the lot. Quote Link to post
targa 5
If you have enough (spot free) livers, kidneys, hearts etc, you can make kinda pie of it, togheter with other meat, onions, garlic, rice, herbs etc. Shredder, oven scale, and 45 minutes is al you need (for 1kilo) I did it a couple times, tastes good Quote Link to post
Ratman2 2
I think the only thing you have to watch out for is the gall bladder, it wont kill you but by god it tastes nasty. Quote Link to post
