Anyone I have ever met who likes skiing REALLY likes it….as in, they think it’s the best thing ever and I can appreciate that. 

I personally wouldn’t pay a £1 to go and stand in snow !…..f**k that ! lol

Never too late for you to do anything mel,a place in can recommend close to the UK is chamonix its ski central,first place I ever tried to ski was in India and I wasn't really into it,I have done cross country skiing which is big over here the neighbours are all into it,my lady is a skier and a snowboarder,its second nature to her,beats lying on a beach as a vacation.
