Aled 618 Posted Wednesday at 10:48 Report Share Posted Wednesday at 10:48 Well I've got a story for you now! My 8 years old dog scared the life out of me yesterday afternoon he was showing the following symptoms..... Lethargy/Drowsiness Wobbly, uncoordinated movements (ataxia) Dilated pupils and a glassy-eyed appearance Urinary incontinence (dribbling urine) Increased sensitivity to sound, light, or touch I got an appointment with the vet, vet took one look at the dog and said "he looks off his face" ,then asked me if there was any chance my dog had eaten .....Marijuana! (vet then said not my place to judge etc) i said no, then changed my plea to highly unlikely (I've got 2 teenagers in the house so its not impossible!) anyway turns out he reckoned the dog had eaten pot and was effectively stoned! Give him time, water, and he will have the munchies he'll get better. Yep that happened made a huge whine when i opened a bag of crisps! Well what a surprise a stoned dog! PS: my Wife and i think we have worked out where he ate it as well, its bin day, a nearby bin bag has been ripped open. Wont go into any more detail. As of this morning the dog is back to himself, wagging his tail, and being sociable, but he wasn't half hungry this morning!!! Cheers. Aled 2 Quote Link to post

Aled 618 Posted Wednesday at 12:32 Author Report Share Posted Wednesday at 12:32 I hear where your coming from WataWalloper and i would agree with you in theory, however i know its not me or the wife, yep my offspring, possibly but unlikely, however if you knew my neighbours, (and i like them by the way) you would agree they would be the most likely culprits.....they also had a pile of people staying there over the weekend!! Vet said a stub would be enough. Quote Link to post

gnipper 7,022 Posted Wednesday at 12:53 Report Share Posted Wednesday at 12:53 Mate of mine was looking after his nan's house and lancashire heeler when we were kids and the dog robbed a quarter of resin only noticed by the chewed up crumbs in its bed . Quietest the little shit had ever been. 1 Quote Link to post
