I’m always highly sceptical of allowing governments to ban things, on the face of it some people will be happy it’s a dig at Muslims who have no business in Europe and it may force the more devout ones to f**k off…..so it’s easy wins.

But in France they also banned home schooling on the basis of the Madrassa schools which means it’s incredibly difficult to homes school any kid……and that effects white European people who have not done anything wrong !

So these things should be overtly targeted if they are going to be done but they tend not to be

Now it's me clutching my pearls and having to take a moment.

Reported for gross insensitivity. You disagreed.

Exactly that, like anytime your allow the government to infringe liberty of any kind it’s ok when it’s “them” but its never really about them, it’s about you !

They should be forced to enter the 21st century.

The bill contains provisions for more punishment for coercively arranged marriages and 'honour' killings too.

The ban on face coverings was all encompassing,I fell into the net.

As I said, if they targeted these things it MAY just about be ok, but they don’t !…….i think everyone when they see these type of legislations should be thinking “That could be me”

What is it that you have seen that makes you think any European government can be trusted with your civil liberties mate ?…….because I’m not seeing much ?

Sure they throw this sugar into the medicine for the hard of thinking but in reality can you see them rocking down to the mosque and saying “oi, you can stop all that !”

Never gonna happen, it’s fodder for the masses and a handy tool to stop white protestors covering their face in the age of facial recognition technology !

And another thing. Cousins should not be allowed to have  children. Shag if they want to I guess. But  not children. There are too many handicapped children being born to such marriages. It's too much of a risk imo.

Lines in the sand mate, I’ve always said it.

Again, not many could disagree with you…..but it gos like this:

You allow the government to tel that segment of society they can’t have kids

You have then opened the mental space to add another layer, say anyone related by two forms of separation

Then it’s nobody in an over populated area can have them (the measure of over populated is of course set by the government !)

Then it’s people who already have one child can’t have any more (unless of course excluded on the grounds of religion…..say, like a Muslim ?…..or cultural practice…..say like an African ?)

So it ends up basically targeted at any demographic the government chooses……and what demographic is it that European governments have been systematically targeting?….thats right, it’s you !
