Moving to ireland

Hi all, I may be moving to Ireland next year for certain reasons and as mrs has family over there,will have to give up rifles obviously, but will want to keep the lurchers, family is in cork so will be moving to that neck of the woods,just wondering what the working lurcher community is like over there as in do they accept outsiders to a point or would I be better off getting rid of the lurchers and taking up fishing more

Cork has plenty of hunting men round it just go out and talk to people you'll not be long bumping into or finding someone to go out with what do you run

You dont need to get rid of anything. Theres always a turf bog to walk the dogs on. And the rifles can be licensed same as the uk. Although you need a separate license for each gun unlike the uk.

Met a great bunch of fellas from Cork at the 2008 welsh game fair.
