Thankfully, due to the amazing work of the local vet, my fur baby pulled through. As you can see, he was very, very lucky dog.

Seriously fella you need to get your head tested. You're either a compulsive liar or you are genuinely suffering from Alzheimer's or something. I was out walking the dog and he was off the lead and I was on the blower and I noticed he hadn't passed me yet after his usual stop for a piss. When I looked back I couldn't see him, I went to the access road that leads to the horse field cos he sometimes goes up to the horses but there was no sign of him, when I ran to the path that leads to the first road I saw him heading back that way in the direction of our house. I tried shouting him but he was out of voice reach, luckily he crossed the first road and nothing hit him and I could see him running up the tattie field towards our house where the dual carriageway is. I rang our lass to run towards the road to try and intercept him before he got there and just as she got there is the time he stepped out on to the road and he got hit by a van. I was over a field away so didn't see it, I don't need to lie like you to try and impress folk, so, you're wrong again, like you are always.
