I think the resilience thing is relevant though , it is a “man test “ type thing , see how long you can keep in it etc . It’s a certainly a shock to the system 

keeping down inflammation between sessions is one thing 

repair your body healing is another 

ive tried both on injury’s taken me months to get right one point over a year 

heat works a lot better in getting movement and healing

Look , born 1944, hot water, don't make me laugh, the only hot water we got is owd tin pans full of crowd water boiled over a primus stove, a tin bath, more wholly than godly, full of holes, dolly tub n reckits blue days, 🙋,,,,   now then cold showers eh, simple, get thissen in shower, set it on warm.for starters then gradually turn it to cold, brace thissen fer shock like is [BANNED TEXT] i do ,,   stand the shock until you feel rigours coming on,    dry thissen off, and get stuck in to a hot meat pie,  😋😋,   eh   I'm not daft,  🤣🤣🤓

I suffered with joint pains, try devils claw mate. I think it had helped a bit

I'll take heed of Tomo and see if there's anything in cutting out sugars, this last month I've not been really watching the sugar since I had a bad case of ebola, almost fatal. Devils claw, a supplement, you rate it?

A power lifter who comes in my shop told me to try it. I've been on it a few months. Av deffo got less aces and pains

Squat or get shot, it's not bad once I've warmed up you see, but come the next session I'm as stiff as you at a blow up doll convention.
