Hi am looking for a semi automatic and just wondering what to go for, i have roughly £4oo to spend, any ideas ? :thumbs:

 

 

Webly & Scott are good at the price you are aafter but a top class benellie or browning is going in to £500-£1200

i had a beretta a300 and a a391 they were both good guns your better to buy a good secondhand one rather than a cheaper make new one there is plenty going about have a look on guntrader they can send it to a rfd for about £30 which is really ok plenty of good guns on there if you have a look

This is a real difficult one.

 

Webley and Scott have done well over the last couple of years but their guns are simply Turkish made and Webley branded, having said they they do seem to offer reasonable value for money.

 

On the other hand buying a better quality used gun may well be a good idea, and again as has been said, check out Guntrader.co.uk

 

Whatever you decide..make sure it fits you!

 

Make/Model/new/used must be down to you!

your better sticking with a better known make beretta , browning ,franchi ,remington, or winchester i personally wouldnt touch any cheaper ones they will give you nothing but trouble :hmm:

Ok just wonderd because i know where there is an 8 shot semi for sale cheap on FAC escort guns are cheap and cherful and they last a while just depens on what your going to use it for and how much shot you goin to put through it

 

good for chucking in the back of the motor for bunny blasting

Hello dont know much on the older berreta's but they are good autos i have a fabarm lion 368 & its great & if you are looking to wildfowel then steel proofing & 3" chambers would be the way forward which webley & scott/escort etc offer as for an older berreta not sure on its chambers & proofing.My brother & mate have webley & scott 3-shot 3" chamber autos & very good & im looking for a second hand auto like for my self for fowling etc as a through around gun.
