I'm going to give the doctor a ring in the morning, cancel my appointment and watch TikTok all day, cheers for the heads up pal you're a life saver. Lol

A few weeks ago on our flight home we had an emergency diversion because a lass went in to cardiac arrest, it confused me why the cabin crew asked if there were any TikTokers on the flight instead of nurses. 😂

Of course, but the overconsumption of saturated fats appears to be detrimental to heart health.

Again lot more to it than that ....these things are usually when combined with the SAD diet....standard American diet...which most western diets are.... saturated fat combined with all the other carnage we eat then yes.....but look at Inuit very high saturated fat diet...but very healthy heart virtualy no heart disease....

Look us humans have been here for 7 million years...the last 200 thousand as homo sapiens it's only last few thousand we farmed ...before that our food was animals including fish shellfish etc...yes fruit and nuts in season..a few plants but 70% of our energy came from flesh..

Type in to Google hyper carnivore humans come up..

The Inuit also have a diet high in healthy fats due to a high marine diet, these fats are known to protect against cardiovascular disease. But some studies have in fact shown that the Inuit still do suffer from CVD.

I don't get your last paragraph, you're right, but that doesn't mean that humans back then didn't suffer from CVD or that a more balanced diet isn't better.

overconsumption of water is bad for your brain  lol

eating high fat won’t do nothing bad in normal amounts

all i eat is cheese meat eggs fruit odd veg  the only thing that put my cholesterol

High fat is different to high saturated fat mate, the same with trans fats, less healthy.

Like all poor outcomes with health, it's mostly down to being overweight that is the main cause. But again, a diet high in saturated fat appears to be detrimental to heart health, whether that's causation or correlation is open to debate. Another negative factor for heart health is the lack of fibre we consume, fibre is massively important for general health and heart health, something you will be lacking if on a carnivorous diet.

Absolute nonsense....fibre is not needed ...it's the biggest myth out there...brought about by Kellog...again us humans don't need it...

i disagree lol

weight cholesterol fat fibre  was nothing to do with my issues

dna sequence test shortly will tell me the reason lol

but the most prescribed uk drug was the reason for my poor health after massive weight gain sky high cholesterol and nearly becoming a diabetic how is that helping someone in recovery
