Are they bred off decent stuff mate? I'm sure if they don't improve there would be some lads in the club who would help him with youngsters or eggs if he gets into it proper.

Yes a top flyer send him a pair , I think the biggest thing Is the bloody bird flu we was aloud to loft fly but just not train , but we can now train hard now and hopefully improve,  he has 6 young birds flying out now and just starting to all fly together so fingers crossed we have a chance with them this year

And I like to give them a treatment of respiratory when you start them into hard work

I remember a fellow around our area had pigeons raced them also I think he did do a bit of breeding one used to wonder along the road his son used to chase it along the shops on the road by the lads school he collect him and take him back home then he and others he know at the time would meet up and race them they always came home but that one was wondering down the road around the shops and by the school several times

My old boy was president of the local branch of homing pigeons he was right into it , i remember him betting 1p ,2p 5p 10p or 50p on his pigeons and i thought last of the big spenders , but he went over to Ireland for his greyhounds and it was only when he died we found out he many he had half shares in LOL

This years pouter chicks. The dad is an old bird and has caught me plenty of ferals and the mum is decent, regularly dragging racers away from their kit so hopefully they will turn out well.
